Cancellation Policy

I understand life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that deposits for Vajacials will be kept if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled last minute (less than 24 hours before your scheduled time). No-shows — clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice — will also forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit to book future appointments.
